About Punzel

Punzel is a traveler, teacher and heart adventurer. She advocates for sex-positive culture, compassionate communication, self-knowledge, empowerment, and responsible agreements through volunteering, mentoring, writing, demonstrating, peforming, facilitating and presenting at national, regional, and local events. She presents topics on relationships, communication, sexuality, BDSM, community life, self-awareness and personal growth; however she is most well-known for her classes on rope bondage, safer-sex and polyamory. She delights in the freedom and opportunities found in truly distilling and embracing ideas. She enjoys dispelling unhealthy myths and dissolving intimidating assumptions, especially through laughter and play.
